2020 has been a very challenging year for us…, though when I look back, webinars offered new opportunities such as re-connecting with many friends from abroad via online cooking sessions. This year started with a Japanese tea ceremony session and a sweets making tour. Besides I learned a lot about Chinese tea, such as green tea, white tea, yellow tea, red tea, blue tea, black tea…, which made me feel so relaxed. In the Summer I visited Yunan, the home of Puer tea, which fascinated me.
