TCM x Swedish Deli part 2

The second TCM session was the Summer-Heat Cool Down menu. Gluten-Free scones and smoothies! Instead of flour, we used tapioca powder, almond powder, so it is a little bit chewy and satisfying. For the smoothies, we added rose buds and goji berry❤️
