Enjoying a cup of green tea 🍵

Due to pandemic, global consumption of green tea has been on the rise. It appears that the health benefits of tea have been reevaluated in light of the pandemic, resulting in a significant increase in the export of Japanese tea. Tea is known for its nutritional content, including vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. It offers antioxidant and antibacterial properties and is said to help regulate blood pressure, blood sugar, and reduce bad cholesterol levels. Additionally, consuming a cup of green tea 30 minutes before exercise can enhance fat burning.

Today in Japan, the consumption of green tea in PET bottles has become quite common. While bottles and tea bags are convenient when time is limited, taking a little extra time to brew loose tea leaves can surprisingly bring a sense of calm. It's a form of quiet dialogue with the inner essence of the tea leaves, a personal pleasure of mine.
